The departure board is showing that the 17:10 has been cancelled...... F***! Here we go! "The 17:14 departs from platform eleven" screams the tannoy and has I was just about to debate whether to take it or not a familiar face from my journey came up to me.
"Do you know why it's been cancelled?" I asked
"No" she replied
A repeat of the 17:14 is heard and together we decided to go for it. We talked and walked and saw a few more familiar faces
