Daily chronicling on commuting- Commuting isn't for the faint-hearted. You need nerves of steel to survive the jungle that is commuting. No matter whether you're trying to get to or from work, getting to the airport for that well deserved holiday, it's a jungle out there and only the fittest survive. This is about my view of what's going on around me when I commute, on every day occurrence around other commuters, sometimes funny, sometimes frustrating.

07:25 depart from home to station. Family waved us off as we set off on a well deserved break to Tenerife. We planned to get the 08:20 train from platform four, now delayed by three minutes. We made small talk with two male commuters; talking about the weather (well, we ate Britsh!)...... the three minutes delay and the underground. This is what i like about my town, strangers talk to each other.... COMMUNICATION! Unlike London, where people are too scared to look at each other for fear of being seen as 'dissimg' Train arrives and only one of us secured a seat.... ME! I sat next to a twentysomething year old female in a red coat who is fast asleep, oblivious of my presence
