Looking after an elderly person is exhausting in its self.......... but an elderly with cancer is no joke!
In two weeks, I have........ woken up to projectile vomiting, spending the rest of my sleeping hours cleaning and changing both mummy and the bed sheets......A 'Thud' was my alarm.......flying out of bed to find mummy sprolled on the floor...........more projectile vomitting........... showering and making sure mummy is clean and smelling nice......tendering to all her needs
My DOS man is always there behind me........supportive and even tendering to mummy's needs when I'm at work
I am starting to feel the strain........
I admire all those unspoke Heros who do this day and night out of love for their love ones
