We took a free ride on a tuk tuk and before long, arrived at our hotel, the Royal View Resort Hotel on Rangnam Road, Bangkok.

DOS man introduced me to the hotel receptionist staff and we converse as if we knew each other already

Why?

Well, I had spoken to several of them via 'skype' 

After a light conversation with the staff, we made our way to our room. 

On first impression (which I normally don't do but I', tired and weather beaten)....... the staff are very pleasant and rather humble
